My story
When my son was fifteen months old, I was stuck in a six-hundred-square-foot apartment, facing a pending job loss and thousands of dollars in divorce legal fees. I felt hopeless, stuck, and afraid of the future I could give the two of us.
So I did the only thing I could control: I built a budget, decided to live on less than I made, and went after my debt like it was the plague.
A decade later, I've doubled my income, paid off every penny of consumer debt, and I don't owe anyone anything — no mortgage included. I'm debt free, and I built it the same slow, stubborn way I'll help you build yours.
